The Great IDEA of Education Services: Parents Rights in Four Parts
This session will include components such as IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans), IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), and other special factors. Gain insights into creating effective plans, addressing unique needs, and ensuring compliance with IDEA regulations.

Workshops are scheduled for a duration of 2 hours, with an additional hour allocated for addressing any remaining questions and answers that may not have been covered during the workshop.

STOMP workshops provide a chance for military families to access information and resources, fostering connections and sharing knowledge to cultivate a collaborative environment that strengthens family and professional partnerships. Community professionals are encouraged to attend and contribute resources and information.

The sessions will take place virtually via Zoom, and upon registration submission, you will receive a Zoom link.

Transition plans are required for all students with an IEP by age 16. We will explore what a transition plan can look like with goals for post-secondary education, employment, and independent living.

November 20: Dispute Resolution: Orders and Chain of Command for Resolving Conflict
Much like military orders and chain of command, the dispute resolution process includes regulations and instructions.  In this discussion we will identify the options for dispute resolution, from the least to the most adversarial.
