PAVE staff are working remotely Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.  

All of us at PAVE are here for you and your family. While we follow the guidelines set by the Governor, Health Department, and the current "stay at home" proclamation, we are making every effort to connect you with the resources and staff who can assist your request!  

Helpful tips:

  • Share the best phone number and time of day to reach you. 
  • Your request will be shared with all programs of PAVE that fit your request
  • We are making every effort to let you know what programs may be contacting you. Please check your email and voicemail if you have not heard from us  

Completing the help request:

All fields marked with an asterisk* are required. PAVE's online help request form does need a name, a phone number and an email address. If you don't have all three, not to worry, just call us and leave a message via the helpline at 1-800-572-7368 and then press 115.
