How to become a Person Centered Planning Facilitator?

PAVE in partnership with the Dan Thompson Account created a comprehensive 10-module online PCP facilitator training which we are grateful was peer-reviewed by experienced and well-know facilitators such as Tim Corey, Lisa Latchford, and Gwendolyn McLemore. The training was further reviewed by a diverse group of individuals in five counties in WA who were interested in becoming a Person-Centered Planner. PAVE gratefully acknowledges all who assisted to offer this online training.

Online and On-Demand PCP Facilitator Training

The training features interactive components, real-time feedback tools, and adaptable content to reflect evolving PCP standards. The module covers topics such as cultural awareness, building action plans, and applying the five core competency domains. When completed you can print your certificate and onto real-time, real-world support by joining a Person-Centered Planning Cohort or connect with a Person-Centered Planner for mentorship to conduct plans.
