Family to Family Health & Information Center (F2FHIC)
F2FHIC helps families of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them, to find healthcare funding. The Family-to-Family Health Information Center provide sadvice, offers a multitude of resources, and taps into a network of other families and professionals for support and information.
For teens and young adults with disabilities to build, grow, and share their strengths, understand their rights and responsibilities, and learn self-advocacy skills to lead as productive and independent lives as possible. Features interactive learning tools, resources on transitioning to adulthood, and opportunities to get involved in programs like Student-Led IEPs and leadership training.
