Family to Family Health & Information Center (F2FHIC)
F2FHIC helps families of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them, to find healthcare funding. The Family-to-Family Health Information Center provide sadvice, offers a multitude of resources, and taps into a network of other families and professionals for support and information.

For example, Find Your Person-Centered Facilitator will allow you to search, find, and hire a Person-Centered Planning Facilitator. They gather who you want, listen to you, explore your dreams and hopes, and visually map a plan for you. Who knows, you or someone you know may want to become a Person-Centered Planner! We have an on-demand, free course that you can learn and see if being a Person-Centered Planner or helping one is a job for you!
