      STOMP free workshops and webinars provide information and resources to EFMP military families and individuals with disabilities to help them access and navigate educational and medical services.
Health & Wellness
- - - Family to Family Health & Information Center (F2FHIC)
      
      F2FHIC helps families of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them, to find healthcare funding. The Family-to-Family Health Information Center provide sadvice, offers a multitude of resources, and taps into a network of other families and professionals for support and information.
Young Adults
- - - For teens and young adults with disabilities to build, grow, and share their strengths, understand their rights and responsibilities, and learn self-advocacy skills to lead as productive and independent lives as possible. Features interactive learning tools, resources on transitioning to adulthood, and opportunities to get involved in programs like Student-Led IEPs and leadership training.
