          F2FHIC helps families of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them, to find healthcare funding. The Family-to-Family Health Information Center provide sadvice, offers a multitude of resources, and taps into a network of other families and professionals for support and information.

          This area to share your strengths, understand your rights and responsibilities, and explore what you want! There are interactive learning tools, resources on transitioning to adulthood, how you can lead your IEP called Student-Led IEPs, and more! For example, Find Your Person-Centered Facilitator will allow you to search, find, and hire a Person-Centered Planning Facilitator. They gather who you want, listen to you, explore your dreams and hopes, and visually map a plan for you. Who knows, you or someone you know may want to become a Person-Centered Planner! We have an on-demand, free course that you can learn and see if being a Person-Centered Planner or helping one is a job for you!
